1. The DIVINE PROMISE that the Lord the Creator of the Universe has directly transmitted in December 1996 via Ny Andriana the Founder and the Elder (1918-1998) of the Toby Ankaramalaza that the Lord Creator of the Universe has spiritually carried seven times in the Kingdom of Heaven.
2. The PACIFIC RESOLUTION in order to avoid a Genocide of many Million of people, after the Political Crisis followed by a Secession and a War with heavy weapons between Military Separatist Forces and the Army Forces, in which millions of civilians have suffered, and some hundreds of people were injured, tortured, or killed, in the Year 2002.
